Asheville man wins Citizen-Times marathon

ASHEVILLE — As runners crossed the finish line after completing the half marathon and full marathon in the inaugural Asheville Citizen-Times City Marathon on Saturday. There were two comments repeated over and over.

“So many hills,” was one.“The other? “This is the toughest race I’ve ever run.”
